Easiest ways ever :
There are two ways to do this.
1. Faster way:
- Open Android Studio
- Open Your Project
- Click on Gradle (From Right Side Panel, you will see Gradle Bar)
- Click on Refresh (Click on Refresh from Gradle Bar, you will see List Gradle scripts of your Project)
- Click on Your Project (Your Project Name form List (root))
- Click on Tasks
- Click on android
- Double Click on signingReport (You will get SHA1 and MD5 in Run Bar)

2. Work with Google Maps Activity:
- Open Android Studio
- Open Your Project
- Click on File menu -> Select New -> Click on Google -> Select Google Maps Activity
- A dialog would appear -> Click on Finish
- Android studio would generate automatic xml file named with google_maps_api.xml
- You would get debug SHA1 key here (At line no. 10 of xml file)
